I Should Have....

Today I said to my husband I wished I could have a do-over; that last day in court. I wished our attorney had prepared us that this was the time the court would finally allow us to speak. He didn't and we were not prepared. I relive that nightmare in court a dozen times a day in my head. I wished I said this or that. My husband says would it have mattered? He is right. Have you ever walked into a room full of people and you have that feeling that they had been talking about you? That's the feeling we had when we entered the court room that one last time. Everything was in place all the decisions had been made, the children would be adopted by Kathy B. the following day, this was just a formality, a deception or display of fairness. This court was not fair, the judge, and cps were all together in this. The decision had been made before we walked into that court room.

Az Supreme Court Says No

Unfortunately, the state supreme court of Arizona denied our case. As it seems we will not be getting our grandchildren. We are sad, of course. This goes without saying. We now will press on to Federal. Why do we have to pay such a price to see our own grandchildren? This is unnatural it goes against all laws of the universal sovereign. God made family and state government can break families.

Let this not happen to you. Anyone with a child could fall victim to CPS agencies. No one is exempted. All it takes is one phone call from a disgruntled neighbor, or an unhappy employee, a friend or relative who has a grudge against you, or someone sees you disciplining your child. Never ever think that this cannot happen to you. It has happen to thousands of families nationwide. If it does read information from these sites:

National Coalition For Child Reform

Family Rights

Grandparents For Children's Rights

For grandparents who see their adult children involved in drugs and neglecting their children and are in a position to take care of them, do not call CPS. First talk to them, ask if you can take custody of them until they are capable of taking care of them. If they refuse call a reliable juvenile attorney who is not contracted with CPS, or better still check the above sites form information on how you can legally take custody of them.Once you call CPS, they will take over and even place them in foster care even if you want them. Instead call family courts or a reliable juvenile attorney who is not contracted with CPS, or better still check the above sites form information on how you can legally take custody of them.

Cps has helped children who really need to be removed due to severe threats on their lives. However, the number of children taken away that should have not, is much larger than those who need to be. States receive money from the Federal Government for each child adopted outside of the family. So the incentive is there. Do let what happen to us happen to you.
