Your Brothers

Dear Angel and Armoni,
It has been over two years since you have seen you brothers. Evin is now 12 and Deavion is 11 both are doing well in school. They get to see each other on a regular basis. They miss you very much and often ask us if the Judges will send you back home. We just tell them that we will pray that this happens. One day you will see them again.
love you so much

They Have Won A Battle Not The Fight

Dear Angel & Armoni,
We tried to have your adopted anulled, because according to Federal laws, family should be given preference when parental rights are taken, in order for the states to receive funding. We were not. Which would indicate that the adoption is illegal. So we appealed and lost. I don't know why the judges feel that you are better off not seeing your siblings and your natural family. They may have won another battle but the fight is still on. We can not afford to hire an attorney, and besides it appears that the attorneys in Phoenix, are afraid to go up against the state in these matters. So with the help of an advocate we will press on to Arizona State Supreme Court. We will continue the fight up to the final courts. Be strong, stay safe, we love you.

Private Name, Private Number

I refer to my grandchildren as Angel and Armoni, their birth names. However, a message left by my grandchildren' adoptive mother on our answering machine, caller id reads private name private number, referred to my grandchildren as other names. My question is, how is this in the best interest of a child. Reminds me of slave owners changing the names of their slaves to erase all traces of who they are and to which family they were born into.

The Last Time We Were With Our Grandchildren Angel & Armoni

Our Grandchildren were taken by the State of Arizona and even though we fought to gain custody of them through the court systems, they were adopted out. The adopted mother refuses to allow us to have contact with them. It has been two years since we have seen them. This Blog is created so that when they are old enough to start searching for us they may find us. We want them to know that we love and miss them. We are still fighting to see them. We will never give up.
